Dan C. Gilmore – Founder and CEO
Mr. Gilmore invented the original EZ-FLO patented flow design and connections back in 1994. With over 35 years of operating, sales, and management expertise, Dan oversees all aspects of the company’s operations. Under his guidance, EZ-FLO has matured into the world leader in commercial and residential fertigation with over 200,000 systems installed in over 20 countries. A significant portion of EZ-FLO’s growth can be directly attributed to Dan’s leadership style and passion for development and innovation. Since inception EZ-FLO has attained an additional 9 patents of which 7 were solely developed by Dan.
Jeff M. Gilmore – Vice President & International Sales
Jeff has been instrumental in the development and implementation of EZ-FLO fertilizing technologies. With over 20 years of experience in fertigation, Jeff has assisted since the inception of the fertigation concept through the design, manufacture, and assembly of all EZ-FLO components. Jeff manages the daily activities for EZ-FLO in addition to international sales, product development, growth opportunities, and marketing initiatives for the injection systems as well as the fertility and supplement products. Jeff earned a BS in Economics from the University of San Francisco.
Darin A. Brasch – National Sales Manager
Darin has worked in the lawn and landscape industry for more than 30 years. As a Production Manager at TruGreen/Chemlawn, the largest lawn and landscape service company in the US, he managed branch sales, customer relations, and operations. Darin is certified as a Master Gardner, received his Agricultural Certification from Colorado State University, is certified in Turf Grass Management and was educated in Business at Scottsdale Community College. Darin is responsible for North American distribution sales and managing the company’s outside sales and territory representatives.
Ramiro Valenzuela – Production Manager
Ramiro Valenzuela joined EZ-FLO in 2008 to fill the need for additional seasonal labor. In 2009 Ramiro was added to the full time crew at EZ-FLO fertilizing systems and quickly proved to be a valuable addition to the team. For the past three years, Ramiro has excelled in his role as shop supervisor and shipping manager allowing for his advancement to Production Manager in 2015. In his new position, Ramiro manages various aspects of our manufacturing, shipping, and procurement.
